Neil was fantastic; he arrived when he said he would and thoroughly inspected my boiler system. In the meantime, he... fixed a radiator that had been leaking while I was waiting for parts to arrive from the manufacturer. Once the replacement parts were delivered, he returned to repair the boiler and service the entire system. There is no waffle or faffing around with this company they are first class. When they come into the house, they are courteous,... helpful, and professional; they work hard and complete the job without making a mess or creating a fuss. I highly recommend them. Neil is one of the best (and cleanest!) contractors I've ever had in my flat. He put in long hours from 8 a.m. to 5... p.m. I replaced my old boiler with a new one and spent time learning how to operate it. The next day, one of the existing condensate lines became stopped, and he arrived swiftly to clear it. It's a big investment to replace a boiler, and I was given a lower estimate elsewhere for the same boiler, but I trust their professionalism and experience, as well as the fact that if something goes wrong, they'll fix it immediately.read more

Where do I start? I cannot recommend these guys enough. Spoke to Neil who is extremely professional. The property... needed a full re-plumbing along with a new boiler and new radiators. This was not the easiest of houses to work on either. Neil and his men came in force and did a fantastic job.
